Concord Conflict Solutions aims to reduce the stress of conflict in everyday relationships via our interactive conflict workshops. During the process, we share some of the ideas and techniques used in mediation therefore supporting you in preventing and resolving conflict in the workplace.
Suitable for workplaces and secondary school students, the workshops are short, engaging and highly applicable. They can be used to support your organisation’s wellbeing and positive mental health policies.
Concord’s conflict workshops give participants the skills to refocus from the traditional ‘I’m right /you’re wrong’ conflict mindset. We also aim to address the associated ‘win/lose’ approach to resolution. They show that with the right skills, ‘win/win’ outcomes are possible so virtually any level of conflict can be resolved. The new approach gives people the confidence to communicate their own needs and to consider others. This enables a more respectful, peaceful and efficient environment, especially in the workplace.
